John S. Park is a dedicated New York and New Jersey lawyer who handles a wide variety of matters relating to personal injury including catastrophic construction site litigation and automobile accidents. Mr. Park began advocating for injured construction workers in 2001, when he opened Park & Nguyen and was hired to represent an injured iron worker, in what became part of the complex World Trade Center Disaster Site Litigation arising out of 911. Since then, Mr. Park has successfully recovered millions on behalf of his clients on cases ranging from slip and falls to complex construction site litigation.
Prior to 2001, Mr. Park represented insurance companies in defending clients on an array of personal injury claims. His broad experience therefore offers a unique and well-balanced approach in the way he litigates cases on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Park has been recognized by his peers for his achievements by being selected to the list of Super Lawyers for 2021 and 2022. Mr. Park was also chosen to be on the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, which is an invitation only premier group of Civil Plaintiff attorneys in the country.
